Pride Of Men Foundation’s major service is helping boys and young men to step into their greatness through athletics, educational enrichment, exposure, and mentorship. Pride Of Men Foundation offers a one-of-a-kind comprehensive academic and sports intensive mentorship experience with a unique focus on mental health that empowers future leaders by guiding them through remarkable transformations and self-actualization. Pride Of Men Foundation will partner with academic institutions, community centers and agencies, and local corporations to carry-forward its services. Through the programs and opportunities provided by Pride Of Men Foundation, participants will be equipped for success in high school, college, career, life, and beyond.

 Pride Of Men Foundation is designed to instill healthy habits and valuable life skills in boys and young men, ages 10-30. Pride Of Men Foundation focuses on three basic components of wellness:

Sports Programming

The organization will offer basketball, flag football, soccer, baseball, softball, and other sports. These sports will be available and open to all levels of experience, making it so that everyone can play. There are zero participation fees associated with Pride Of Men Foundation, so any youth or adult can join regardless of income.

Health & Wellness Education

This includes aspects of mindfulness, self-regulation, and visualization, all of which can be linked to increased levels of wellbeing when practiced - even on a small scale. The organization will also host support groups for boys and young men to participate in and find support and solace in one another.

Leadership Development

Essential dynamics of leadership will be explored. These aspects include teamwork, accountability, communication, self-awareness, and critical thinking skills.
These three components combined will foster and nurture a sense of belonging and connection– individually, community -wide and globally.

Regulatory Requirements

Pride Of Men Foundation will secure all necessary permits and licenses as mandated to carry out its operations.

Management Team

The organization is founded and operated under the leadership of Kerry Harnage, with the assistance of the board, staff, and volunteers.
The team has extensive experience working with adolescent population in varying capacities providing mentoring and in-school and after-school care.

Organizational Structure

Pride Of Men Foundation is organized in a way to streamline operations. With a lean structure the company can keep focus on its mission which in turn will foster growth.
